As always, we suggest contacting your plan administrator to verify your specific chiropractic benefits, pre-notification or referral requirements as not all charges are always covered.

Medicare

We are a non-participating provider with Medicare. Medicare members can still seek care through our office but will be required to pay at the time of service. Your claim will still be filed, and if reimbursement is eligible Medicare may reimburse you directly for a portion of your bill.  Medicare provides Chiropractic benefits for Spinal Manipulation (Spinal Adjustment) ONLY. Other services such as Exam, Manual Therapies, Therapeutic Procedures may be beneficial and clinically indicated or necessary for care – these charges are available as a self-pay option or may be eligible for reimbursement by a secondary insurance provider. Worker's Comp

Work-Related injuries need to be reported to you employer. Your employer is responsible for providing you with a panel of physicians you may see for your work-related injury. If your employer gives you the option to choose your own chiropractor, we are happy to work with them for your worker’s comp case. We require a signed employer’s authorization before accepting a work-related injury case.

Motor Vehicle Accident / Auto Coverage

If you are injured in a motor vehicle accident, please report your injuries to your auto insurance policy. They can help direct you how to open a medical claim for your injuries.

We accept 1st Party Insured for injuries related to Motor Vehicle Injuries. 1st Party claims will be billed to your personal auto-insurance provided you have an available Medical Payment balance. Any remaining balance may be applied to your current commercial medical policy if coverage is available. Final payment is due 30 days after your dismissal date. Missed appointments, no shows or plan abandonment may affect your changes for reimbursement of such claims. Please call our office for more information.

If you do not wish to open a medical claim with your auto insurance, you may be able to use your health insurance to assist in costs. Not all plans have accident / subrogation coverage available. Please contact our clinic administrator, Cassie if you have further questions regarding how we can work with your auto-insurance, health insurance or attorney should you need to seek care for injuries related to a motor vehicle accident.

Make sure to let us know that your injury is related to an MVA as we may need to collect additional information from you so we can correctly and most effectively process your appointment.

Don’t see your insurance provider listed? You may have a smaller insurance company that contracts through one of the larger providers listed above. Please contact your plan administrator for details or call our office with your Subscriber ID #, Patient Name, Patient Date of Birth and Customer Service/Provider Service telephone number.
