On his wedding anniversary in 2009, Dr. Hulme celebrated another significant milestone: his graduation from Logan College of Chiropractic. Shortly thereafter, with unwavering support from his wife Cassie, he founded the Active Spine and Joint Center in Hendersonville, TN. Dr. Hulme has a particular expertise in assisting athletes across all skill levels. His dedication to the running community is evident, having served as the Medical Director for the Hendersonville Half Marathon for over seven years.

A staunch advocate for chiropractic research, education, and mentorship, Dr. Hulme continually refines his patient care approach, drawing from the latest findings in movement and pain science. In 2022, he made significant contributions to a major publication authored by a globally renowned physical therapist. Among his numerous credentials, Dr. Hulme is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® and holds a Diplomate in Medical Acupuncture. As an extension faculty member for over five universities, he offers clinical internships and is a nationally recognized speaker, celebrated for his impactful and inspiring presentations.

In 2017, Gov. Haslam appointed Dr. Hulme to the TN Board of Chiropractic Examiners, where he now holds a leadership role. Just two years into his tenure, the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards named him committee chair, allowing him to further his vision of enhancing patient care quality in the community.

A testament to his dedication and excellence, the Tennessee Chiropractic Association honored Dr. Hulme as the 2020 Chiropractor of the Year, recognizing his remarkable achievements in just over a decade of practice.

Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Hulme cherishes his leisure time. He enjoys playing pickle ball with Cassie and shooting hoops with their two daughters, Amlyn and Elleigh.

Dr. Ethan Coghill is a highly skilled chiropractic physician with a focus on sports and evidence-based medicine. He graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, where he worked with the athletic training team for three years and served as a student athletic trainer for the football program. He then went on to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic and Master’s in Sports Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University in Chesterfield, MO. Dr. Ethan is committed to continuous learning and uses manual therapy, exercise, and pain science to help patients from all populations.

In his free time, Dr. Ethan enjoys spending time with his wife Kaylee, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and listening to podcasts. He is dedicated to helping patients achieve their best health and performance through evidence-based care.

Dr. Jordan Crain a dynamic and accomplished chiropractic physician who is passionate about helping athletes achieve their performance goals. Hailing from Pittsburgh, PA, and now calling Nashville, TN home, Jordan grew up surrounded by sports and outdoor activities, fueling his love for soccer. With 16 years of competitive experience, he knows firsthand the demands sports place on the body. He is dedicated to guiding patients through their challenges and providing the support they need to reach their goals.

When he’s not in the office, Jordan can be found on the soccer field, exploring the great outdoors, reading a good book, or spending time with his family, wife Hannah, daughter Lake, and their two golden retrievers Milo and Winnie.
